We are an independent business specialising in student accommodation only. We have been operating in the student market for more than 25 years. We have several, 6 bedroomed houses and can offer a quick response and reliable service to our tenants.
We operate 7 days per week, 52 weeks of the year, answering issues by phone, text or email. There is also cover should we not be available.
We respond to repairs within 24 hours, usually less. and if you need our attention in an emergency we will be there immediately!
The properties are licenced to HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) Standards set up by the Council and are inspected on a regular basis. Previous to this, the properties were accredited by Newcastle and Northumbria Universities and as such can be validated by the accommodation offices.
Each property has Annual Gas Safety Check, Periodic Electrical Inspection in compliance with legislation, Annual Portable Appliance Testing and Energy Performance Certification. As well as this all furnishings are in compliance with current standards.
Copies of all certification are held at the property for inspection at any time.
We are also members of the National Landlords Association (NLA).
We operate with Short Term Assured Tenancy Agreements for 12 month' periods (however tenancies can be extended for additional 12 month periods when required). All deposits paid by tenants are protected by a nationally recognised scheme (mydeposits.co.uk) refundable at the end of the tenancy.
Although all properties are let as 6 bedroomed houses, we occasionally have an opportunity for house share so please don't hesitate to call if you are in this situation.
