I know each of my properties as I do my own home, therefore in a position to solve many problems over the phone.
I operate 7 days per week, answering issues by phone, text or email.
I respond within 24 hours, usually less. I attend myself, assess and remedy the problem or if necessary call in the professionals, but 9 times out of 10 the problem is solved immediately.
I am a licensed landlord; most of my properties are Houses of Multiple Occupation. All properties comply with the HMO standards.
Each property has annual gas safety check, periodic electrical inspection in compliance with legislation, annual portable appliance testing and all furnishings comply with current standards.
Copies of all certification are held at the property for inspection at any time.
I am a member of the National Landlords Association and previously accredited by the Universities.
I operate with short term assured tenancy agreements for 12 month' periods and all deposits from tenants are protected by a nationally recognised scheme.
Although all properties are let as 6 bedroomed houses, we occasionally have an opportunity for house share so please don't hesitate to call if you are in this situation.
